This kit includes everything you need right out of the box: Backrest Pad, Bracket, Luggage Rack and Bolts. This backrest assembly encompasses adjustability. With 3 inches of adjustment forward and back and 3/4 inch up and down, finding a comfortable position for your passenger will be easy.
